As a Tier 1 Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) working on-site in Mexico City, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will work to assist customers with updating, modifying, or creating new car rental reservations. You will also resolve customer requests or issues via phone.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using excellent verbal communication
- Get in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow-up
- Take inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operational needs
What You Bring to the Role
- A high school diploma (college preferred)
- At least six months to one year of customer service experience in a call center
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills

What You Can Expect
- Starting pay rate of $85 MXN per hour
- Pay-For-Performance Bonus (take up to an additional $2,720 MXN per month if KPIs are met)
